So without further ado, here is the recipe for the You got your chocolate in my peanut butter! Protein Shake:
- 1 cup milk (Silk light vanilla for me, Mayfield skim for them)
- 1 T. Smucker's natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 scoop Wholefoods brand chocolate soy protein powder
- 8-10 ice cubes
Blend.It's the gustatory highlight of my day.
