I'm having a hard time getting into this whole holiday spirit thing. I did actually try to go shopping today. I finally had some success (read: braved Target), but only after I bought myself some cute yoga attire on clearance at Sports Authority. I'm supposed to be boycotting them (Sports Authority, not yoga pants), but I tend to forget as they have very cute workout clothes. I can't remember exactly why I decided to boycott them. I think it was either the large display of candy at the counter or the fact that they never have the jimmy soccer stuff I'm looking for (yet they claim to be the Authority!).
Other personal boycotts I keep forgetting: Perimeter Mall (something about the Easter Bunny), Chevron (an unfortunate emissions testing incident), and Fleet Feet (they sold me the first pair of running shoes that doomed me after completely ignoring everything I told them). I guess I showed them!
