If
this guy can run a marathon barefoot (raising money for kids in developing countries to have shoes) and do it in UNDER FOUR HOURS, then surely I can run a marathon in fancy running shoes (and by fancy running shoes, I mean the only shoes that don't give me either
ITB syndrome or
Morton's neuroma).

Workout update: 3.7 miles yesterday morning (when it was warm... ah, that was the good ole half-day) and
Iron Yoga DVD tonight (scheduling didn't work out for Hot Yoga). Looking forward to 9 miles Saturday in the cold rain, oh yeah!
